Last week we talked about a Shelcore remote control car designed especially for toddlers. This week I want to continue our discussion about toddler remote control products, by reviewing the Chicco Caronline Radio-Control Car. This is one of the few RC cars that is specifically designed with little girls in mind.

The Chicco Carolina Radio Control Car lists for $24.99. It has a hot pink design, that is very little girl friendly. There is even enough room behind the wheel for a small doll to be placed. This car comes with an easy to hold and operate remote control unit with a forward, backward, left and right control button. This vehicle measures 7.5 inches by 8.3 inches by 13.7 inches and weighs in at a little over two pounds.

Now that you know a little bit about the Chicco Carolina Radio Control Car, we can talk about its pros and cons. First, let’s start with its pros: girl friendly design, inexpensive, large buttons, easy for toddlers to use, the rc unit has an impressive range for a toy and a doll can ride along in the front seat. I also like that the remote control unit can be fitted into the car when not in use, and used as a carrying handle. The cons for this product include: it is a battery hog and it requires fresh batteries to get enough power to run on carpet.
