Well i think that to keep your collectable in top condition you will want to store them or display them in something that will keep the dust and other debris from tarnishing their surface and gumming up their gears. You will also want to keep them out of direct sunlight and away from extreme temperatures.

As a kid I was very big into collecting cars and trains and things, and coming here and reading this got me to think about what happened to my collection. For the life of me I can’t seem to remember.

I Still keep in good condition an electronic car racing game that I used to play during my childhood. I deal with occasionally, but is safe in an airtight box.

I had a collection of RC cars and just to make it sure that it’s going to be in a good condition always, I stored them separately from my other toys.

I’ve made many a display case purchase myself for my models and RCs.
