Our Return Policy
All of our merchandise is covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty. If we can help in any way with the manufacturer warranty, please let us know.
30 Day 100% Money Back Guarantee Details
All items must be returned new, unopened and in re-saleable condition to qualify for the 30 day 100% money back guarantee policy. If items are returned to us opened, they will be considered used and no refunds will be issued.
The RC Cars and accessories must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns. Damages include watermarks, opened boxes, seals broken on coverings of items inside box, stains, burns and odors.
All items just be retuned within 3 working days after you receive your RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.

Orignial packaging of item cannot be opened.
- Item must be in new condition in original packaging.
- Item must be in its original packaging without any assembly or alteration of the product or it's packaging by the customer.
- All returned items must have an RMA number clearly marked on the ouside of the mailing box. Please contact us at customercare@rc-cars-hobby.com to obtain your RMA number. Be sure to include your Order number and date of purchase in the subject of the email. Once you receive the RMA number, follow the steps below on How to Return a Product. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund on any item returned without a RMA number.
* After 30 days, if you refuse to accept the package when delivered by the mail carrier, if you cancelled your order after he has been shipped, or if your package is returned without a RMA (see form below) number, then your package will be refused, sent back to you (the cusomter or recipient of the package), unopened, and no credit will be made to your account (charge card or paypal account), no exceptions.
**Due to the nature of high performance Radio Control products and the skill required for their use, no returns will be accepted for used products for any reason including defects. Once you have altered the condition of the product from new in any way, you will be required to contact the manufacturer of the product for any warranty related repairs associated with product defects.
*** The customer is responsible for return shipping but there are no other fees. A lot of stores charge a restocking fee for returns so you can shop with confidence. No Restocking Fee!
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact Customer Service by email at customercare@rc-cars-hobby.com to receive your RMA number. Once you receive your RMA number follow instructions below on How to Return a Product.
- You have 5 days to contact us and make a report. If reported beyond 5 days after delivery, the assumption is made that the item was damaged after it was delivered and we cannot replace it.
- When an item is damaged due to the shipping process, please keep all shipping materials for inspection that was sent to you by the shipping agent.
- We will credit your account within 2 working days of receiving the product.
